SOOCon 2024 write-up

I went to SOOCon this year and really enojoyed it. I felt like I learned a lot and am pretty energised by the things I saw there.

Like, now I feel I need to learn some Rust (even more) and play around with OpenTofu (which I did want to anyway, but now I'm more emotionally invested).

> This is totally not because I got cool stickers from those booths...totally not that.

Recordings for the talks should be going up soon and you can get to those (I think) via the schedule link above.

  • OpenTofu
  • OpenSSF

    Further thoughts

The Security track for this conference was pretty great and definitely relevant to my day-job and team. I also thought the Platform Engineering stuff was really interesting.
